Project scope

A full refurbishment to this  grade 2 listed Home set in the heart of Hampstead included but was not limited to:

  • Planning submission and conservation liaison
  • Part wall agreements
  • Removal of the existing timber conservatory
  • A new glazed pavilion extension including bespoke 3 stacks slimline aluminium sliding doors with a Corten cladding system and Coten steel roof
  • New front brickwork wall and railings
  • All new landscaping to both the front and rear gardens including new bespoke gates, bins sheds, patios, pathways, bespoke steps and planting
  • Refurbishment to all existing external windows including adding new Velux roof windows and security film to all the lower level.
  • New bespoke handmade kitchen include utility room and 3rd floor kitchenette/laundry
  • Full rewire including all new lighting, fire alarm, Access control system, AV and IT integration with Coms rack and CCTV
  • All new plumbing and heating system including new boiler, water storage, softeners, integrated smart system and classic style column radiators with wet and electric underfloor heating systems.
  • New bespoke joinery, display units, wardrobes, vanities and furniture.
  • Full bathroom refurbishments, including new sub floors, tanking, custom shower screens, stone vanities and new black shower bodies with ancillaries.
  • Full basement refurbishment including Sauna and SPA area, WC, Utilities, new stair case .
